We speak in buckets of words about the fact that we are part of the Western world and that we must support all initiatives and sanctions, but what does that mean concretely, for us nothing so far, the clean warm air. This is a very sensitive area and not easy to handle. Morally and ethically, we know deep down what needs to be done. Let's help solve the task and take part in a peace solution. As a country, we are very neutral, we are not part of the EU, we are not part of EFTA, we are members of the Commonwealth of Nations with Denmark and Greenland part of NATO, but it is generally known that we do not have weapons and everyone sees us as a very neutral country out in the North Atlantic. So many may think this is nonsense and that I'm crazy or something, just like when we sued the EU for their boycott of us, but no one made fun of us when we won the dispute. What I am putting forward is that we must offer ourselves as peace brokers, and yes, I believe we are part of the Western world and the world community as a whole. I have the same wish as most all Faroese and other people in the world, namely that the atrocities stop. "But it's only pocket wool that comes by itself."
